Stephane is a highly skilled leader with extensive technical knowledge and experience in product innovation, category marketing, key account management, and commercial strategy.
He specializes in food ingredients, frozen baked goods, confectionery, chocolate, and plant-based protein applications. Currently, Stephane is the Founder-Principal Consultant at International Food Expertise, where he uses AI to enhance the food innovation process and provide market insights and trend analysis.
Before founding International Food Expertise, Stephane was the New Product Development Director APAC/Marketing Director China at Delifrance International. In this role, he led multicultural teams in China, Singapore, and Thailand. Stephane was critical in building the Bakery & Flour Academy in Shanghai for Grand Moulin de Paris & Delifrance. Stephane's experience also extends to his role as the Innovation Director APAC, Middle East Africa at ARYZTA, where he conducted thorough market trend analysis. Additionally, he served as an RDQ Senior Scientist for Mondelēz International. He led research, development, and quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality products aligned with the highest standards. Stephane's expertise also includes the plant-based industry, where he served as Head of Innovation for Growthwell Foods, supporting the company's growth and development.
