Co-founder, CEO

Ugo has been leading digital innovation projects for 11 years, managing teams locally and overseas to deliver products with clear value propositions and create strategic partnerships.

He experienced both big corporations such as en japan, a recruiting portal in Japan, Orange ( #4 telecommunication company in Europe) and promising startups like Shippio (1st digital freight forwarder in Japan).

Graduated from “Telecom Paristech” (French Top Tier Engineering School) with a Master’s degree in Computer Science and certified in agile team management both SCRUM Master (CSM) and PO (CSPO).

Vincent Nicol

Co-founder, COO

Vincent spent 13 years in the field, growing businesses, brands and people, and unlocking Japan’s potential for Savencia (the world’s #4 cheese manufacturer) and Molson Coors (the world’s #5 brewer).

Vincent dives with you into real market insight, identifies winning routes to market and connects you to your future distribution partners.

Graduated from “Sciences Po”, he recently studied at INSEAD and Nagoya Business School (Japan #1 EMBA). Fluent in Japanese, he obtained the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test highest level (N1) and is a certified Sake Sommelier enjoying – responsibly – whisky, wine and beers.
