Yukino provides strategic consulting rooted in insights, bridges cultural gaps, and develops and manages local operations and partnerships. Aside from being a consultant, Yukino owns and manages a plant-based restaurant & café where she develops menus and drives marketing activities.
Previously, Yukino held senior roles, including as managing director of Labbrand, a leading global brand consultancy based in Asia and Europe. Yukino was responsible for successfully launching the business into respective Asian markets including Japan. Within her expertise, she has worked with top international clients including tech startups such as Monde Nissin, WhatIF Foods, Haagen-Dazs, Garuda Food, Mondelez, Haribo, Lotus, and Storck, to name a few.
