During his tenure as the Sales Director at Fromageries Bel India Pvt Ltd from October 2019 to June 2023, Sanjeev was integral in launching and scaling 'The Laughing Cow' cheese brand across India. He developed a strategic Go-to-Market model and sales strategy, leading to an impressive business growth from INR 6Mn per month in 2019 to INR 28Mn per month in 2022, a 4.7x increase. Under his guidance, the brand's presence expanded to 9000 points of sale in Mumbai & Bangalore within 15 months, and its market share grew to 6% across Modern Trade channels. Additionally, he achieved a 144% growth in e-commerce sales in 2022.

At Umang Dairies Limited, as General Manager – Marketing & Sales from May 2016 to September 2019, Sanjeev led a turnover of approximately INR 2500 Mn, overseeing a portfolio of value-added dairy products. He reversed a declining CAGR of 8% from FY’12-16 to a robust sales increase from INR 1890 Mn. to INR 2450 Mn in FY’16-18. He also successfully managed a P&L resulting in a net profit of INR 65 Mn in 2018.

In his previous roles at General Mills India and Godrej Hershey’s Ltd, Sanjeev excelled in regional sales management and trade marketing, significantly contributing to the growth of various brands. At GCMMF Ltd (AMUL), he led sales of INR 1400 Mn per annum for the Delhi branch and increased sales of Amul Ice-cream by 45% in 2000 across Western UP.
