Bio

Phil is a highly experienced business developer creating sustainably profitable businesses through building a strong vision, strategic marketing and sales plans and effective delivery.

He started in larger blue chip organisations such as Tesco, Associated British Food (Burton’s Biscuits) and Cargill, developing product group strategies (pricing, merchandising, promotion, brand, market and sector development, retail label contracts) for retail, wholesale, cash and carry sectors and foodservice/hospitality in the UK & Europe.

He went on to run more entrepreneurial SME’s or new UK or EU divisions of international businesses often disrupting established markets, identify opportunities, creating and implement strategies with lean highly motivated teams to rapidly develop fast but sustainable and profitable growth.

Now focussed on supporting F&B businesses in the UK & EU markets with all aspects of strategic business, marketing, sales and commercial team development. Phil can support market entry planning, business/brand development and commercial growth directly or through selected partners.
