Panam is an international nutrition scientist with nearly two decades of experience working with global food and beverage multinationals. With over nine years as a cross-functional project lead and four years in management, Panam has demonstrated a proven track record in delivering results and driving innovation. 

Since 2021, Panam has been serving as a nutrition and innovation consultant, helping companies and organizations translate ideas into innovative, tailored, and actionable solutions. As an expert in spearheading research plans, setting up partnerships, and driving innovative product concepts, Panam's expertise extends across Asia, Africa, and Europe.

As an executive director at Nutrition for Impact, a Singapore-based nutrition, innovation, and advocacy consultancy, Panam has been driving growth and forging collaborations with industry, academic partners, and public agencies. She also serves on the Advisory Board of NatureLock LLP, a Kenyan SME with a mission to reduce post-harvest food waste and improve access to nutritious food. Panam's dedication to fostering innovation is evident through her role as a business mentor, coach, and thought partner for accelerators like GROW and F10, which focus on sustainable and new frontier foodtech and agtech solutions.
