Business Development & Execution

• Negotiated Joint Business Plan of the largest pan European Pet Supermarket chain of €200M turnover and established a joint strategic long term collaboration road map.
• Designed the route to market for the Veterinary channel across top markets and established clear ways of working while implementing Veeva, a digital tool to allow KPI measurement and customer success and linking it to the strategic data management portal.
• Analyzed different routes-to-market and omnichannel pricing strategies to identify €50M in cost savings opportunities, driving a bottom-line growth between 20- 30%.

Operational Management & Employee Development

• Supported the execution of packaging upgrade to more sustainable material and re- launched in top markets such as France, United Kingdom and Germany.
• Motivated and mentored a team of 50+ stakeholders to collaborate and drive regional growth, resulting in an increase of sales by 10% through intensive relationship development of small markets in different regions.
• Facilitated 20+ collaboration sessions for internal stakeholders across 4 departments (Sales, Marketing, Supply, Finance) to align regional strategy and accelerate decision making.
