Bio
Marek is a seasoned professional in the digital and innovation space with over a decade of experience. He currently serves as the Head of Digital & Innovation Southeast Asia at Protiviti Singapore, where he is responsible for bringing purpose and meaning to digital initiatives. Marek focuses on delivering real business and people value for clients, their customers, and communities and prior to his current role, Marek was the Director, Digital PEX APAC Lead at UBS. In that position, he led the APAC Digital Process Excellence team and drove implementations of robotics process automation, AI, and other digital technologies to bring tangible benefits to clients and colleagues.
Marek is also the co-founder of Polanin Beer, which is the first Polish craft beer certified vegan by The Vegan Society. The beer is made with natural ingredients and is suitable for everyone, regardless of whether they are meat-eaters, vegetarians, or vegans. Marek is passionate about sustainability and is committed to recycling and reducing the environmental impact of the beer industry.
Before this, Marek held positions as Head of Business Consulting & Digital at Capco Singapore, and Manager of Management Consulting at KPMG Singapore and KPMG UK. He has also worked as a Business Change Manager at Santander UK, and a Lean Change Consultant at NatWest Group. Throughout his career, Marek has led and delivered various projects for large international banks, insurers, and conglomerates in Singapore, Switzerland, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
