Henry is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a focus on the intersection of food and drink, technology, impact investing, and future trends in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently, he serves as the Lead Mentor in Bangkok for German Entrepreneurship Asia, where he guides high-potential German startups to access markets in Asia.
Previously, Henry worked as a Senior Manager for Impossible Foods in Singapore, where he built strategic partnerships and distribution across APAC and MENA regions. He designed go-to-market strategies for high-priority international markets, managed cross-functional teams, and successfully launched Impossible Foods in Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, UAE, Qatar, Canada, Australia, and NZ.
Prior to that, Henry served as the Beverage Category Manager for Sinodis in Shanghai, where he managed the formation of a new beverage category in the food service channel, developed strategies to increase sales and promote brand awareness, and created complete beverage solutions and education programs to drive customer loyalty. Earlier in his career, Henry worked as the Business Development Manager for JING Tea, where he directed the strategic development of the brand across multiple countries in East Asia Pacific.
