  • Scaled the Impossible™ products from the ground up to 2000+ restaurants in Hong Kong and Singapore, achieving +200% growth since the start of covid.
  • Led the go-to-market strategy in Hong Kong and Singapore which saw total brand awareness increased more than 50%.
  • Spearheaded omnichannel marketing campaigns for the launch of new products, channel expansion (retail), brand partnerships and promotions to drive awareness and positive ROI.
