Dave is the Head of International Markets at Phuture Foods, driving its business strategy and operational excellence in overseas expansion, expanding partnerships, and establishing joint venture. During global COVID-19 lockdowns, Dave executed a turnaround at impacted Trung Nyugen International, where he led its global BUs as International Business Director to successfully grow FY20 revenues to double FY19 and engineered a strategic tea extension at a pure coffee company.

At Patons Macadamia, Dave expanded its Global Travel Retail and international domestic customers base as Head of International Markets, where he tripled the market footprint and doubled sales in select key accounts, delisted major competition and engineered a savory extension to its core confectionery business. While at Illixis Wines as APAC Regional Director, he built operations and supply chain from scratch, scaled clientele and brand building over 10 world markets in 2 years.
