Cho Youn Lee was one of the top 100 senior executives in the Dairy Farm Group, where she was the Commercial Director of Own brand for Manning’s & Guardian H&B retail stores in multiple countries, collaborating with business units, HK/MU, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and Cambodia with a sales revenue of 176M USD in 2019. Cho Youn devised own brand strategy and product development/sourcing strategy.
Cho Youn was involved in life cycle management and product development. Additionally, she was in charge of the brand renovation and relaunched plan for more than 2000 SKUs under the Mannings, and Guardian brands, as well as Dairy Farm's consumer, own brands, such as Happy Mask, Skinbiotics, Derma 365, Botanecogarden, etc.
Previously, she worked under Walgreens Boots Alliance as a Director of Commercial and Marketing in Asia and UK for 8 years. She successfully opened Boots flagship store in Tmall Global. She also has a proven track record of transformation and management of Walgreens Global sourcing office HK and significantly contributed to a successful merger between Alliance boots sourcing and Walgreens GSO in Hong Kong.
