Notably, Carlo has honed his expertise within globally recognized companies, including San Miguel Purefoods - Great Food Solutions, Century Pacific Group, Unilever Food Solutions, Fonterra, Barry Callebaut Group and Kemin Food Technologies.
With two decades of experience in Foodservice, this individual has refined his expertise in strategic planning for Key Accounts, Distribution management, and team leadership, including SNOP implementation JBP’s, deep channel expertise, and customer-centric sales approach.
Additionally, his Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Restaurant Management complements his continuous improvement and learning in restaurant management operations, culinary skills, and menu creativity, exemplified by his 8-year-old restaurant.
In addition to his roles in food service and restaurant management, he serves as a consulting partner in a local distribution company, specializing in distributing globally renowned beverage syrup utilized by Cafe, coffee shops, and restaurants. He remains dedicated to fostering the development of the food service industry in the country by engaging in meaningful discussions with SME owners and extending his expertise and experience to support their endeavors.
