Currently, Brett works as a Food and Beverage Consultant at is own agency Sardust. He helps food and beverage brands achieve success from concept to execution by providing a range of services, such as product commercialization, product development, co-manufacturing, distribution, import/export, retail/food service execution, and international development.
Brett joined Milkadamia as a Difference Maker, where he made a significant impact on the food and beverage industry. Previously, Brett served as the Vice President of Business Development at Elmhurst® 1925 & Steuben Foods and worked for six years at Lactalis Group as a Project Manager and key liaison between Lactalis American Group and Parmalat Canada. He was responsible for new business development by launching Parmalat Canada manufactured products to support Lactalis American Group sales in the United States.
Brett also has extensive experience as a National Account Manager for various companies, such as Agropur, Saputo, and Smithfield Foods. Throughout his career, Brett has been dedicated to promoting the food and beverage industry in Canada and the US. He has developed and liaised with national accounts on marketing initiatives, menu ideation, sourcing, product testing, and educational materials. He has also promoted Canadian Beef within the food service industry in Canada and the US through seminars, trade shows, educational institutions, and online programs. Brett's vast knowledge and experience make him an invaluable asset to any organization in the food and beverage industry.
