Obsessive about the future of food and beverage, Ben seeks to support entrepreneurs through openly sharing failures and learnings. Ben is part of the movement and an advocate at any opportunity he has to guide others on the value in doing so. Throughout his career, Ben has had many personal milestones in addition to 18 years in FMCG and 8 businesses across a comprehensive set of roles within FMCG for Mars Chocolate, Heineken, and most recently, IMPOSSIBLE FOODS as Country Manager. A content contributor to startup incubator Seedlab and founder of MoveMentr consulting, Ben is forever curious about how he can support pushing an idea forward. A seasoned traveler visiting over 150 countries, Ben seeks out different ways of life to understand and grow as an individual. He sees himself as a partner to innovative concepts to get them market-ready with a solid strategy across segmentation, commercial proposition, and execution plan. Further to this always keeping the customer centricity needed to achieve outstanding results for long-term relationships. Personally, forever intrapreneurial, Ben seeks adventure and adrenaline in activities and relishes in his own company. Ben seeks deep connections with a rare few, staying forever curious in learning and looking to weave quick-witted humour into most situations.
