With over 20 years of Senior Management experience, Alvin has exposure in both the Corporate world and as an established Entrepreneur. He manages several F&B businesses, including a Tech start-up and Consultancy firm.
Being the Principal Consultant of Strategic Consultants, his firm has provided services to over 100 small and medium enterprises specifically for the F&B, Retail, SPA, Education and Hospitality sectors. He currently provides general management services including franchising, business development and value creation for organisations, by establishing strategic partnerships with a broad spectrum of local and overseas clients. Being a business owner himself, he ensures every business partnership he develops, attains a win-win outcome from the interaction and services he provides.
Alvin is an accomplished professional in the fields of Business and Franchise Development, as well as Strategic Value Creation. He has extensive knowledge of C Suite business operations, management, and corporate governance all of which could be an asset to any potential establishment that engages his services. Currently the CEO of the iFood group of companies for over 22 years. He grew the company from a single outlet to currently 28 Café-Bakeries and Restaurants and achieved year-on-year growth of over 15%. Aside from that, Alvin recognizes the need to contribute back to society and officially registered iFood as a Social Enterprise having seen the exponential benefit of doing so after completing his Master’s thesis for his MBA in this field of study.

Headed the Franchisee Operations of this US Franchise for a group based in Indonesia. Trained in Boston, USA for this function.
Overall in charge of the Regional Quality standards of the group’s regional operations consisting of countries in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and the Philippines.
Prior to this function, I was in charge of developing new sites, constructing new Café-Bakeries & Restaurants and headed the Logistics & Warehousing team and the Maintenance portfolio of the company for the Singapore subsidiary. I also served 6 years as the Senior Training Manager of Delifrance Singapore.
