How I Work

Ryan is a highly skilled leader with extensive knowledge and experience in multi-billion-dollar businesses working on a global platform. He has over ten years in the international arena - launched and managed multi-national projects for concepts across the MENA markets, plus Turkey, UK, Kazakhstan, and Russia.

Previously, Ryan was the Business Head at Emirates Group, where he did a turnaround of the Hospitality and Catering Business Unit – transformed from negative 30% to profit in six months with over 250 staff under his supervision.

Before that, Ryan was the Director of Strategic Procurement, Culinary and Manufacturing at Americana Group. In this role, he worked across 2,000+ restaurants from leading international restaurant brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Hardee’s, TGI Friday’s, Costa Coffee, Krispy Kreme, and others. Ryan established the NPD and culinary functions for the Americana business – strategic innovation driving revenue and profit contributions for the division. He also managed teams of over six hundred staff with six direct reports, in four production sites across Egypt, UAE, Jordan & Lebanon with annual production volumes of over 25,000MT of fresh and chilled proteins and produce, finished meals and baked goods, with over 1000 delivery drops per day.
